I am constantly surprised when my new clients look at me in disbelief when I advise them that I offer a 14 day guarantee on my work. I have had comments like "thats unbelievable". When I ask why? The answer is "No nail salon has ever given me a guarantee" I am yet to see a nail salon offer this form of guarantee. Why don't other nail salons and nail technicians offer this. I'll let you be the judge.

A correctly performed set of artifical nails should last at least 14 days between fills.

You are paying for a service and I believe you should have a guarantee on a service similar to purchasing a product. This gives you peace of mind that if there is a problem with my work, it will not cost you extra to fix it. It also shows new clients that my work must be at a high standard or I could never offer such a guarantee.

There are a minority of cases where I cannot offer the guarantee.

You are a severe nail biter and I do not have enough nail bed to work with. You are on certain medications which are known to cause nail lifting. You play sports such as netball which result in nail damage. If I cannot offer the guarantee in your case, I will let you know at the time of the consultation. Remember, this only effects an extremely small number of my clients. The overwhelming majority of my clients enjoy the benefit of the guarantee.
